Our organic unrefined shea butter is crafted from shea nuts grown in Ghana. Shea butter is popular in the natural body care and cosmetic industry and has been used for centuries in Africa for its moisturizing properties.

Shea butter contains vitamins A and E as well as essential fatty acids and other vitamins and minerals. Shea butter is an intense moisturizer for rough skin. Due to its emollient properties, it is a perfect ingredient to include in your body care recipes and skincare regime. It is also wonderful to use in the summer as a moisturizer before and after sun exposure.

Because of its unrefined state, the scent of this butter is quite odoriferous and may alter your product’s aroma. The aroma of our Shea butter is often described as thick and nutty. There are often slight differences in the color from batch to batch likely due to natural variance. To prolong its shelf life, store it in a cool, dark location.

Standard International Shipping: 7-12 business days with 1-4 processing days

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping periods, please allow for up to 6 business days.

For US residents, the orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-12 days to arrive at their destination.  However, this can occasionally take longer due to customs and other regulatory checks.

In rare cases, it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If your order takes longer than 25 business days to arrive, you can contact us and we will do our best to take the necessary steps to take care of the issue. Please note that a refund will not be issued due to shipping delays beyond our control.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
